Disable triggers

Disabled folderTrigger detection for individual phrase folders (and their contents) can be disabled while the phrase is still accessible in the phrase menu.

This feature allows you to switch on/off detection of specific phrase sets of phrases. For example, you can enable legal-related phrases when working in legal documents and enable a phrase file with special acronyms when desired.

To disable trigger detection for a phrase folder:
  1. Open the main program window.
  2. Right-click the phrase folder you wish to configure.
  3. Click option Enable triggers in the context menu to toggle its state:


To target sets of phrases to specific tasks, documents or programs, you may consider restricting triggers to specific programs.

Disabling also disables any link to a phrase located in the disabled phrase folder.
