Comments

You can add comments for each phrase, e.g. to discuss its contents with other users if using a SQL server to share phrases in a team.

The comment/chat feature is located in the phrase version history window which shows chat entries and phrase versions in chronologically order. Phrase versions are colored in green and comments are colored yellow:

To add a comment, right-click the phrase and select "Restore earlier version" as the comment section is part of the phrase history feature.

If you have edit rights for that phrase, you can type a comment in the input box underneath the chat & version history.

Your comment will be added together with your user name and a time stamp. Right-click your comment to edit or delete it.
