To add a tag to a phrase:

1. Open the main program and select the phrase(s) you wish to apply a tag.
2. Click the tag icon on the right next to the description.
3. Enter a tag name to create a new tag or select from the list of existing tags.
4. Confirm with OK.

To search phrases with a specific tag:

• Drag any tag into the search box on the left to search all phrases that are tagged with the same tag, or
• Right-click the tag and select the corresponding option, or
• In a phrase menu enter # directly followed by the tag label to find all phrases with that tag.

To remove tags from a phrase:

1. Open the main program
2. Select the phrase(s) you wish to remove tag(s) from.
3. Click the X in the tag icon(s) you wish to remove from the selected phrase(s).

Tags will be deleted from the list of available tags if not used by any phrase.
