Clipboard

PhraseExpress includes a Clipboard Manager that stores the history of earlier clipboard contents. This can be used to conviniently collect multiple text phrases for permanent storage in your phrase library in-one-go.

Video tutorial

To create multiple new phrases using the Clipboard Manager:
  1. Copy a text snippet into the regular Windows clipboard by using the Windows hotkey CTRL+C.
  2. Repeat above step for multiple text snippets, if required.
  3. In the main program window, open the clipboard manager folder.
  4. Drag all desired phrases from the clipboard manager folder to any folder of your phrase library.

The clipboard manager must be enabled in the program settings first.
