Prevent unwanted interaction

PhraseExpress silently waits in the background for your input to do its work.

If you press a hotkey or type an autotext, or if a trigger condition is met, PhraseExpress executes the phrase associated to that trigger. Such phrase may insert text, run a macro or opens a phrase menu.

However, there will be occasions where PhraseExpress may unintentionally interfere with your work:

• E-Mail signature phrase are useful in an email applications but don't make sense in graphics or spreadsheet programs. So, you can restrict phrases to specific programs.
• Text templates for customer support are of limited use for the accounting department. So, you can restrict access to phrases to specific users, workgroups or domains.
• At any time, you can temporarily disable PhraseExpress as needed.
