Macro output with formatted text
Macros can have parameters such as text but because of technical limitations only without any text formatting, such as font type, size or color.
However, there is a hack:
- Do not enter the formatted text itself into the macro parameter field. Instead create a separate phrase with the desired formatting.
- In the parameter field of the macro that shall output the formatted text, right-click & choose command "":
- Select the desired formatted phrase.

The macro parameter field now contains a link to the formatted phrase:
