Clipboard Manager Hack
The Clipboard Manager built into PhraseExpress can be reached with the hotkey CTRL+ALT+V which is easy to memorize as it is the clipboard paste hotkey plus the ALT key.

This hack may not be suitable for everyone as the Clipboard Manager then shows up whenever you start a new word, beginning with a capital V. If this distracts you, you can narrow down the scope of this trigger by applying program restrictions for the Clipboard Manager.
