Remote Assistance

Our customer service is not limited to e-mail support.

As questions can often be answered more quickly if you illustrate an issue while we "look over your shoulder", we offer remote maintenance on invitation:

  1. Download the TeamViewer v13 client. This single program file doesn't need any installation and can be executed directly. Important: We do not support TeamViewer clients later than v13.
  2. Make sure that you can immediately show us the issue when you call us. Being prepared saves everyone's time and allows us to serve other users while you prepare everything.
  3. Call us during office hours (10am-5pm, our current German time is 03:06 pm) when you see the "Partner ID" displayed in the TeamViewer client.

With your permission, the remote access program enables us to control your computer to assist you.

Important Notes

  • We are located in Germany and time zone is 9 hours ahead Pacific Standard Time (click here to check our business hours).
  • Make sure to not to expose confidential information on your desktop or in PhraseExpress as remote desktop access grants visual access to your computer.
  • You can cancel the remote desktop access session at any time.
  • This is service is provided on invitation basis. You can purchase service tickets that include our remote support service.
