PhraseExpress in action

PhraseExpress saves hours of typing! It is the ideal solution for personnel in office, technical support, customer care, help desk, call center and medical or legal transcription settings.

More flexibility

PhraseExpress has significant advantages over existing AutoCorrect solutions as seen in Office software packages:

  1. PhraseExpress works in any application, e.g. for filling web forms, chat sessions or custom database applications -- not just in Office programs.
  2. All phrases are stored in a single data file. Data backup is easy and phrases can be distributed to all users in a network or transferred to a new computer in a snap. Ever tried that with your MS Word AutoCorrect items?
  3. PhraseExpress' Autotext is so much more powerful in handling text snippets. Phrases can be linked, dynamic variables such as the date, counters or additional manual input including multiple choice input, etc. can be added.

End the cAPSLOCK dRAMA

Accidentally hitting the Caps Lock key can be maddening. PhraseExpress can optionally lock the CAPSLOCK key for you.

Network Support

The Client/Server architecture of the PhraseExpress Network Edition allows to share phrases with multiple users on a network:

Text predition settings

Users can have personal phrases and share phrases with other network users. Access rights can be set for any phrase group based on user names or workgroups. The PhraseExpress Server service prevents write collisions if multiple users try to edit phrases simultaneously (more info).

Clipboard Manager

The Clipboard Cache provides quick access to the Windows clipboard history. This allows the user to create many draft phrases by simply copying highlighted text snippets to the clipboard in one quick step and organize them later.

No Training required

The Network Edition also allows the user to restrict the user interface in order to minimize training and to eliminate operating errors:

Restricted user interface

There are no menu items left to make mistakes with; there are simply just the text phrase selections.
