Error - User is already connected on another PC

After I wake up my laptop from hibernate a PEX pop up states,
"Error - User is already connected on another PC"
and that is not the case; I'm not on another machine.

Running Vista; networked PEX, using PC as sever.

You can verify the connection of all users to the PhraseExpress Server in the Client Manager's monitor. Please find more information at http://netman.phraseexpress.com#monitor
