Permanently remove "saved 15 minutes and $1oo" statistic

I've set PEX to not show the "saved 15 minutes and $100" but PEX never saves the setting and the statistics reappears upon start up of PEX.

Please note that you can only disable this feature if you registered a PhraseExpress license key.

If PhraseExpress cannot store your setting, it seems that PhraseExpress has no write access to your program data folder to save the config file config6.ini.
Make sure that PhraseExpress can store the settings in the folders as described at http://manual.phraseexpress.com#location
