Hello,
I had PE scan my emails for common phrases - but realised that the most common phrases were the boilerplate disclaimers from my suppliers - not something I ever need to use myself.
So now, every time I type "The" in outlook, it pops up with:
"The information is intended to be for the use of the individual(s) or entity named above. (Tab to execute)
Even when I accept this suggestion, when I go to shift-click-PE, it doesn't show this as the last used option. It also can't find it when I search for information or entity or individual in the phrase or description.
Any thoughts on how I get rid of this while keeping everything else?
