InstaMatch™PhraseExpress includes the InstaMatch™ feature, that offers you the quickest way to trigger a phrase by a text short cut. How does InstaMatch work?Most other Text Completion software requires you to enter a complete text abbreviation in order to trigger the desired phrase. Example: You may have defined the Autotext "myemail" as a shortcut for a email address "henry.merrylsdorfer@dowsown-chemicals.com". Given such long email address, the shorter text abbreviation still gives you a lot of time savings. But PhraseExpress can do that even faster! The InstaMatch feature allows you to configure your Autotext abbreviations, so that you do not need to enter them completely, but just the beginning of the Autotext. PhraseExpress will then offer any matching text snippets in a handy popup menu and you can select the desired snippet from the list. The list of matching phrases will even narrow down if you continue type, making it easier for you to choose the desired text phrase. InstaMatch Video Demonstration |
