Can I trust your company?

We are a small company but quite well established in our niche since 1998. Just 'google' for our products to get independent testimonials

We do not hide our physical address and love to get in touch with our users. You are welcome to evaluate our response time before you make any purchase decision. Just call, skype or email us, or post in the support forum!

When you order using your credit card, we do not receive any confidential credit card information at all. This is taken solely by our eCommerce partner who has done nothing but sell software online for more than a decade

How can I order?

On the previous shop page, please review the features overview/comparison and click on the corresponding "Buy" button to choose the desired product variation.

IMPORTANT: For your order please do not use spam filter protected email addresses which require manual authorisation! The ecommerce used delivers all emails automatically and cannot handle such manual authorisation.

You can order over the internet or using our toll-free order number. The telephone numbers will be displayed during the purchase procedure.

At the present time we cannot accept purchase orders. As a work-around, you may purchase the software on your own and invoice it to your company. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, just enter the desired quantity during the purchase procedure and the discounted price will be automatically calculated.

What will happen after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation email for your transaction immediately after you place your order online.

If you chose to pay by credit/debit card or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately. If your product is to be delivered to you electronically, it will be done immediately. If your product is a physical product, shipment by mail or parcel service will be initiated immediately and it may take a few days for postal delivery. Please also see the FAQ section: "When will I receive my product?"

If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation explaining how to effect payment. Orders are processed once payment has been received.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact customer service.

Can I use my free e-mail address?

You can use such addresses (except a few which are blacklisted because of attempted fraudulent abuse on our eCommerce service). The product you are paying for is delivered via e-mail, and you will receive your order confirmation and receipt via e-mail

A free e-mail address is a free-of-charge product and generally anonymous. Please note that such services may be discontinued or that you may use such email accounts infrequently/temporarily.

We send important information regarding your purchase such as confirmation email, receipt, invoice, download link and license key via the E-mail address you have stated and you surely do not want to loose such important information.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please do not NOT use email addresses for your order which are protected by a spam filter which requries manual authorisation! The ecommerce used delivers all emails automatically and cannot handle manual authorisations.

What payment options are available?

You can pay using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, Bank Wire, US checks, Delta, UK cheques, Electron, Switch/Maestro, JCB, Eurocard or Postcheque

You can order via internet or toll-free phone. The telephone number will be displayed during the order procedure.

What currencies do you accept?

The base currency is $US but you can choose your desired currency from the drop down list during the order process.

If you are from outside the USA you may consider sticking with the base currency as the exchange rate from your credit card provider may be cheaper than the rate of our eCommerce service. We have no influence over this rate.

How will I receive my invoice?

You will receive an email invoice which you can print out.

We do not send out invoices via post mail. Our eCommerce provider offers this service but would charge you an extra US$20.00

Delivery

When will I receive my product?

Product delivery depends on the payment option you choose. Credit card orders will be processed instantly and will only be delayed if the credit card needs to be manually verified (please allow 2-3 days delivery delay). If you paid using wire transfer, please allow a few days wire transfer processing. We will, however, confirm receipt of payment by email instantly after your order has reached our system. Please also check your junk email folder in case that your spam filter is too sensitive.

What exactly will I receive if the product is delivered by e-mail?

You will receive a email receipt/invoice and the license key(s). Just enter the license key in your current PhraseExpress installation (-> Properties -> tab Info)

Data protection and data security

How secure is the order process?

First of all, if you are afraid of passing information over the internet, we can gladly take you order via toll free telephone number. The telephone number will be displayed during the purchase procedure.

The order process is protected by a secure connection, so data can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

All the data entered on the protected pages during the actual purchase procedure is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Our servers support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption. The RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption.

In Netscape, you can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock SSL Verschlüsselung in the lower left corner of the browser window. In Internet Explorer, the padlock icon is located at lower right in the status bar of the browser window.

You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".

I interrupted my online order - has my data been saved?

No. Data that you enter during the order process will not be saved until you have successfully submitted your order.

Will my personal data be passed on to third parties?

We will only forward your personal data to our subsidiaries and associated companies directly involved in order processing.

These persons are legally and/or contractually obligated to use this data only for the purposes of examining and fulfilling contracts and providing technical support. Use of the data beyond these parameters is not permitted.

We assure you that your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, sold, or rented, unless we have received your express authorization to do so or are legally obligated to forward such data.
